Each session blends the best of both worlds:
50 minutes Reformer Therapy
A slow, precise and supportive flow to:
• activate deep core muscles
• strengthen glutes, hips and back
• realign posture and reduce tightness
• tone the body with mindful resistance
• create stability in the spine and pelvis
Every exercise is adjusted to your level, ensuring safety and control.
30 minutes Yoga Stretching & Relaxation
A calming, feminine yoga sequence focused on:
• opening the chest, hips and shoulders
• improving flexibility
• melting stress from the nervous system
• grounding through breath
• ending with a short guided relaxation
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply connected to yourself.
A warm tea circle to close
We finish each session with an Ayurvedic-inspired tea ritual — a moment to soften, reconnect and end your week with warmth and presence.
