Wear comfortable clothes and no shoes.  You can wear toe socks if you don’t want to be barefoot.

Try not to eat for at least two hours before practice.

Always make sure to drink enough water during the day, but drinking water during the practice is not desirable. If you are very thirsty, please make sure to drink small sips as less as possible.

The studio will be open minimum 15 minutes before the class, so you are very welcome to come earlier and to prepare yourself. You can change your clothes in our locker room and store your personal belongings there.

Please note that the studio is not  responsible for your personal belongings, however during the classes the entrance door will be locked from the outside for privacy and safety reasons.
