Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to support you on your healing journey. In the first session we will have a chat about your lifestyle, your habits and your current condition. You will then receive accessible advice for lifestyle changes, nutrition, yoga, meditation and/or breathing exercisesto support your healing journey. We will develop the program together, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. The program aims to empower you and give you agency to help you improve your condition. We will meet regularly to check in how the current program is working for you and will adjust it if necessary. The frequency and amount of sessions we decide together. Yoga Therapy is a science based individualized approach to use yoga for improving mental, physical(incl. hormonal), emotional and spiritual well-being.

Julia is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT500, YACEP) and yoga therapist with more than 3,000h of teaching experience. Her passion is to share in an accessible and inclusive way how yoga can improve and maintain your mental and physical well-being as well as support your spiritualgrowth. Julia has been practicing, teaching and studying yoga daily for many years.

Not only does she offer therapeutic private sessions, corporate classes and group yoga classes in various styles, but she also educates and trains yoga teachers.

In her classes, she integrates a deep understanding of anatomy, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy and spirituality for a holistic, trauma-informed and empowering experience.
